About this file

This document is an Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) state and local contract indefinite delivery vehicle for various trailer types, primarily involving Certified Stainless Service, Inc. dba West-Mark as a primary vendor. The contract covers multiple trailer categories including tanker, end dump, belt-driven, enclosed, lowering, utility, tag, hydraulic detachable gooseneck, drop deck, traveling axle, used dry van, and utility pole trailers. The contract allows for both new and used equipment purchases, with vendors able to update their inventory monthly.

The contract provides detailed specifications for each trailer type, including minimum requirements for gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR), capacity, dimensions, safety features, and optional equipment. Pricing varies by trailer type and configuration, with specific models listed and priced. For example, a West-Mark NCS02RS-A 5000-gallon tanker trailer is priced at $97,140, while an Interstate 50DLA 25-ton tag trailer is priced at $35,209. The contract includes provisions for warranty, manual provision, and service locations, with multiple Ohio CAT and other service centers listed for maintenance and support. Vendors can offer multiple makes and models, and ODOT reserves the right to inspect used equipment before purchase.
