About this file
This document contains an amendment to a solicitation for design-build services. The Bureau of Reclamation seeks proposals for improvements to the San Acacia Diversion Dam and Isleta Diversion Dam, including design and construction phases. The amendment provides answers to questions from prospective offerors. Key details include that offerors are not required to submit signed SF-1442 forms with phase one proposals, and that evidence of commitment from named subcontractors will be required in phase two. Phase one proposals do not have page limits for the general technical approach or project descriptions sections. Past performance information may include that of key subcontractors and teaming partners. Resumes for key personnel should not exceed four pages. The deadline for phase one proposals and return of completed past performance questionnaires remains July 25, 2022.
