About this file

This document contains questions and answers related to solicitation number 140P4323Q0073 for an INDE alarm replacement project for the Department of the Interior National Park Service Northeast Region. The requirement is for the installation of twenty alarm panels as specified in the Performance Work Statement. Existing conduit may be used for new wire runs. Plenum wire is acceptable. There is pipe chase connection between floors. Highly recommend including a UPS with 12 hours of battery backup. The existing Genetec contract for cameras lapsed in January 2021. The project does not include exterior cameras or new access control systems. All systems must meet NIST cybersecurity standards. A site visit will be held on August 15, 2023 to answer questions about ceiling types and alarm panel locations. Equipment substitutions will not be allowed. After hours access must be coordinated with NPS.
