Armors course/Training:

Vendor Question: Would armors/training classes take place at the same time or separately?

Government Response: The Government would like the armors/training to take place at the same time.

Vendor Question: Could the armors class be split into two separate groups/dates? Or could the officers buddy up as the course can only accommodate 12 individuals. Due to the tools needed to complete the course.

Government Response: The classes may be split into two groups or individuals can buddy up and share the equipment.

Vendor Question: Does the facility or classroom have at least 15 tables and projector in which a computer could be connected for a PowerPoint?

Government Response: Yes

Vendor Question: Does the department have any vices which are required for conducting the armors class?

Government Response: No, the Government does not have any vices.

Delivery times:

Vendor Question: Given the current situation with supply chain issues stemming from the Covid virus, would there be any repercussions for not meeting the delivery timeframes listed due to unforeseen material shortages?

Government Response: Due to current market conditions and the COVID virus no consideration would be sought for a late delivery if the contractor/vendor does their due diligence to try and deliver close to the date posted in the contract. Keep in mind the Statement of Work states that substitution parts are allowable if they are approved by the contracting officer.

Tax question:

Vendor Question: Is the department tax exempt? If so can you provide the tax exemption form?

Government Response: The Government will provide the awardee with a tax‐exempt form.
