The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, FWS Tule Lake NWR located at 4009 Hill Road, Tule Lake CA 96134, has a requirement for a >20-lb GVWR Gooseneck Deck Over Flatbed Power Tilt Traileror Approved Equal in accordance with the following Salient Characteristics/Minimum Requirements:

Salient Characteristics/Minimum Requirements:

• A ~25-ft Gooseneck deck over flatbed power tilt trailer

• ~20,000-lb GVWR

• > 13,300-lb net payload capacity

• Dual 9,000-lb direct lube axles with electric brakes on both axles

• Heavy duty slipper spring suspension

• All wheel electric brakes on all axles

• 12-ft I-Beam Main-Frame

• 12-ft Gooseneck risers

• 12-inch Gooseneck beams

• 3” channel on 16” centers

• 5-inch outer deck frame channel

• 102” overall deck width

• Dual ram hoist hydraulics

• Electric over hydraulic -power up/ power down

• Onboard 110v charger

• Remote control

• Flat deck with no rails

• Stake pockets on 24-inch centers with rub rail

• Front locking chain box with lid built into gooseneck

• Side body locking tool box houses pump and battery

• Adjustable height 2 5/16-inch gooseneck ball

• Dual 12,000 pound drop leg jack

• 2-inch treated pine flooring (screwed down)

• Heavy duty 14-gauge tread plate fenders

• Flush mounted or recessed LED lighting

• Seled modular harness wiring

• 2 Heavy duty safety chains

• All required DOT lighting, safety chains, reflective tape, and emergency break-a-away switch and pop rod

• Fully primed and painted with automotive grade acrylic enamel finish.

Place of Delivery:

Deliver Trailer FOB Destination to the FWS Tule Lake NWR, 4009 Hill Road, Tule Lake CA 96134, Monday through Thursday, 7:00am to 3:00pm PDT. No later that 3 days prior to delivery, please contact the

Technical Point of Contact, Dustin Taylor (dustin_taylor@fws.gov/541-891-2163) or Brandon

Whiteley (brandon_whiteley@fws.gov/541-891-5202), to arrange a specific time for delivery.

Unloading the product is the sole responsibility of the delivery carrier. No labor or equipment will be provided by the government to unload the supplies.
