140F0421Q0112 Amendment No. 3 Question & Answer
1. Can you confirm where the Openings location in the shade structure (along the length or width) and the position (center/left/right) and the opening dimensions?
The shade shelter won’t be enclosed. The shade shelter should have vertical beams and the framing up top to attach the roof materials to, with no siding material to enclose it. Because the structure is so long, we figured they’d need additional vertical beams to support the middle. We would like the spacing between the beams (centerline to centerline) to be at least 20 feet so we can fit bigger equipment in the “parking space” between the beams. Because the structure length is 75 feet, we want to have three “parking spaces” that are 25 feet wide between the beams. This assumes that they would need two vertical beams in between the vertical beams on either corner (making four beams total on the front side of the structure, and four beams on the back). These openings/parking spaces would be on the longer side of the structure (along the length).
