Questions and Answers:

1. Question: For Past Performance, there isn’t a past performance questionnaire attached. How will the Government obtain past performance?

Answer: The Government will send out questionnaires to the references provided. The contractor is encouraged to alert these references to promptly provide a response to the Government.

2. Question: I want to confirm that the quotes can be e-mailed as one document.

Answer: Amendment 1 requests all quotes be e-mailed to sarah_davis@ibc.doi.gov and matthew_walton@ibc.doi.gov by the response date and time. This can be one document, however, for page count restrictions, each section should be titled.

For example:

- Administrative: title Administrative and include all items required. Please note that the

“copy of the SF 1442, front and back” refers to just the form. There is no requirement to submit the solicitation in full. Please ensure you return all required fill-in clauses/provisions;

- Technical: title Technical and include all items not exceeding the 10 page limit;

- Past Performance: title Past Performance and include all items not exceeding the 2 page limit.

- Price: You do not need to title price separately; it can be submitted under the

Administrative portion.

The above sections can be e-mailed as three separate files appropriately named as Administrative, Technical and Past Performance. All quotes must be e-mailed in Microsoft Office or pdf formats.

3. Question: Could you please confirm what type of solicitation this is? (Request for Quotes (RFQ), Request for Proposals (RFP), etc.)

Answer: This is a request for quote.

4. Question: Is this being solicited under FAR 13 (SAP), or FAR 15, or other?

Answer: FAR 13 and 36.
