1333ND20QNB190224 – Site Visit Status
Notice to Contractors Regarding the Status of the Intended Site Visit
As identified in the solicitation documents, the Government intends on hosting a site visit on 12 May, 2020 at 1:00 PM Mountain Time. In an abundance of caution and to maximize personnel safety, the following measures must be adhered to by all personnel attending the site visit:
1. Each contractor/firm attending shall have no more than two (2) representatives.
2. The total number of contractor personnel attending shall be limited to eight (8). In the event the Government receives more than eight (8) names requesting to attend, a second site visit will be held on the same day at 2:30 PM Mountain Time. Individuals will be contacted by the Contract Specialist to inform them of their scheduled site visit time.
3. Regardless of pre-existing campus access, all contractors/firms that plan to attend the site visit shall submit names/register with the identified Contract Specialist.
Failure to properly submit names/register may result in denial to participate in the site visit.
4. In order to access the campus; all attendees must provide their own face mask and wear it throughout the duration of the entire visit on campus.
5. This information is current as of today’s posting. In the event the Government needs to cancel or reschedule the site visit, a formal amendment will be posted to Contract Opportunities.
