Cattle Grazing Allotment Tree Removal
05/24/2019
Government’s responses are in red
1. In regards to wood chips, can they be stock piled on site for the duration of the job, and hauled out on a weekly basis?
Yes. It is fine to stock pile the woodchips. I will have to designate an area with the contractor before the project work begins.
2. On the map that was supplied in the allotment, there is a purple box (the smaller of the two) closest to Hoff Rd. There is a path that runs from Hoff Rd south to a gravel path, that has many ruts and very wet. Can the wood chips from the tree removals be used to build a chip path to allow better access to the jobsite?? So a chip path from Hoff Rd south to the gravel path that runs east to west and divides the two work areas on the supplied map.
Yes. The contractor may put chips on the path that runs from Hoff Road south to gravel path. I would like to restrict it to a depth of 4”-6” of woodchips down the length of the path.
