Requests for Information Solicitation 12505B24Q0067

Question 1: Has the end user or agency confirmed this part is available for purchase?

Answer 1: We have not confirmed the availability of this part, but we do believe it is available.

Question 2: Please provide the part number and revision. The one provided in the pictures and scope of work is specific to the UPS, not the transformer board. Further, the scope references the transformer board is associated with UPS-6, however, in the photos the part number and serial number are for UPS-4 (referencing photo titled “Back of Unit”). Please confirm which UPS it is associated with.

Answer 2: Yes, this should be labeled UPS #4

Question 3: Does USDA have a report that outlines how it was determined the transformer board needed to be replaced? If so, can this be provided?

Answer 3: USDA does not have a report, but a qualified tech provided troubleshooting and a proposal for repair.

Question 4: The statement of work seems a little conflicting as it states “replace transformer” in 2 different locations in the document but also states to replace the transformer board. Please clarify if it is just the board or the transformer.

Answer 4: This will be for just the Bd, chloride, transformer 70plus/50.

Question 5: Regarding a function test after completing work, what is the USDA expecting for tests? (i.e. load bank, startup and commissioning, perform an outage to verify functionality).

Answer 5: Start up and perform an outage to verify functionality.

Question 6: Can the USDA provide a manual and/or documentation of the system?

Answer 6: Attached

Question 7: What is the make, model, and power rating (kVA or KW) of UPS-6?

Answer 7: s/n 263489 UPS #4

Question 8: Can a photo of the board showing the part number and rev be provided?

Answer 8: attached
