13. Question: Will any rock used on the project be required to be river rock? If so, which types must be river rock?

14. Question: We see long lead times on many products today and we are concerned about getting the Culvert Arch submitted, approved, and delivered in time to get the project completed in the 180 cal days allowed for the project. Could the government allow a longer period to be sure that the current supply chain problems are taken into account for the setting of the contract time period?

Answer: The successful bidder would already have the ARCH Pipe already chosen to be able to provide a price for the arch. With that the successful bidder could theoretically submit the specifications for the arch when the CO awards the contract. Upon approval of submittal, the successful bidder would need a letter or statement noting the manufacture time and delivery time of the arch from the manufacturer. With that the CO would negotiate the notice to proceed to ensure the project could be completed within the 180-day window.

15. Question: The various drawings show the culvert differently. For example, C2 shows the culvert to be 46’ long and C4 shows the culvert to be 31’ long. Can you please clarify the dimensions of the culvert?

Answer: The Structure is size is 19' span x 8'2" rise x 31' length.
