BID ADDITIVE - TOTAL CONSTRUCTION AMOUNT
Bidder/Offeror please note: Before preparing the bid, carefully read the Solicitation Provisions. Insert a unit bid price, in figures, for each pay item for which a quantity appears in the schedule of items. Multiply the unit price by the quantity for each pay item and show the Total amount. Total all of the amounts bid for each pay item and show the total bid amount. When the word "LS" (Lump Sum) appears as a unit bid price, insert an amount for each lump sum pay item. Should any mathematical check made by the Government show a mistake in the amount bid, the corrected unit price extension shall govern.
DO NOT CHANGE/REVISE ANY OF THE QUANTITIES OR UNITS LISTED. A change to the quantities or units will cause the bid to be rejected as nonresponsive.
