12405B23R0019 – Amendment 06-Amendment to Scope of Work

System Integration

Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) upgrades for Wells 1, 2 & 3

SCADA is a control system architecture comprising computers, networked data communications and graphical user interfaces for high-level supervision of machines and processes.

Contractor will upgrade the existing wells (1 & 2) SCADA and add the new well (#3) to it. This upgraded SCADA will provide two modes of operation.

1. Tank Level: This will utilize all 3 wells operating in a rotating order. Tank level start and stop, functioning in a lead lag format, all will be settable at the new main SCADA touchscreen.

2. System Pressure: This will utilize the VFD at new well 3 and two new pressure sensors to maintain a user selectable pressure throughout the system. Wells 1 & 2 will be used to assist well 3 as needed.

The equipment shall consist of the following.

New communication towers and SCADA cabinets will be placed at the new well and well one.

Contractor to install new 60’ towers at well #1 pump house and new well #3. At well #3 a 4’ x 4’ concrete pad with the Unistrut racks must be poured. The pad will secure the 60’ tower and shall be positioned for the cabinet doors to face north.

At well #1 at the water tower where the new line is run, contractor will install a tap on the main water line for ½ inch PVC sch 80 or larger up to 1 inch. This line will run to the well house and will come up the wall near the other water line, drill a hole in the wall and take line inside of well house to control panel.

At well #3 approximately 20 to 30 feet from wellhead down the main water line contractor will install a tap on the side for ½ PVC sch 80 or larger up to 1 inch and will run to the control panel near the pump panel. Install 4’ x 4’ concrete pad with the Unistrut racks for install of 60’ tower and shall be positioned for the control cabinet doors to face north. Install control cabinet with 1

ea. 120 vac 20-amp UL489 circuit breaker. Main grounds will be 2/0 bare copper and all connections except inside cabinet and top of towers will be cad welded. All ground rods will be 10-foot copper.
