About this file

This is a Special Instructions to Vendors document for a Florida state and local contract opportunity administered by the Purchasing Division. The solicitation concerns site clearing, grubbing, rough grading, and installation of perimeter security fencing for the Solid Waste and Recycling Services Division. All labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary to complete these tasks must be furnished by the selected vendor. The County emphasizes that while BPRO identifies certain submittal items as "required" and others as "optional," vendors are strongly encouraged to submit all available documentation and information to facilitate timely and comprehensive evaluation. Vendors must submit questions and clarification requests through BPRO by the specified Questions due date, with responses provided in the BPRO Messages section.

All solicitation responses must be submitted electronically through BPRO, with vendors required to receive a Submission Receipt confirming delivery by the closing date and time. The County will not consider responses submitted through alternative means, and vendors assume sole responsibility for ensuring timely submission. Early submission is encouraged. Should vendors experience technical difficulties, they are instructed to immediately notify the Purchasing Agent and contact support@gobonfire.com for assistance. Additional details regarding submittal procedures are available on the Purchasing Division website or through the support contact.
