CARGILL ACCUBRINE® BLEND TRUCK FILL/BLENDING EQUIPMENT
With the AccuBrine® blend truck loading & blending system, you can create custom liquid blends of your choosing at the touch of a button. The AccuBrine® blend truck loading & blending system is a modular system that enables you to produce any custom blend by mixing your brine with various other liquid additives to enhance performance and lower the effective melting temperature. Using a consecutive ratio blending method to fill your truck with customized brine blends accurately and quickly, the AccuBrine® blend truck loading & blending system’s modular design gives you the option to add additives to blend with brine. Finally, it eliminates the need to store blended product in storage tanks as a custom blend can be made in real time as it is being sent directly to a liquid application truck. Configured to meet your specific needs, the AccuBrine® blend truck loading & blending system is the best way to achieve the custom blends you desire efficiently and effectively.
Features:
1. Control Systems
1.1. The recipe control panel shall be made up of one NEMA 4X enclosure.

1.4. The truck fill system will have a touchscreen where operators can input security identification PIN, select the recipe to load onto the truck, and specify the quantity of liquid to be loaded. Start operation, stop operation. External Fill Stop button will be mounted next to the HMI.
1.5. The truck loading system will log the following information that will be accessible to view and download via the control panel HMI: truck numeric identification, Date, Time, Quantity of material loaded, and product type.
1.6. System tracks usage totals that can be downloaded to an SD Card for measuring purposes.
1.7. All system setup shall be done via the NEMA 4X control panel.
1.8. The system shall be capable of being accessed via the Internet. All set up and operational data shall be capable of being viewed remotely via the display. Integration with customer’s network will be the responsibility of the end user.
1.9. The system shall be capable of being accessed and operated via mobile device if customer so chooses.
Customer will need to download appropriate apps to their mobile device to achieve this. The app needed will be specified by Cargill at time of purchase and/or installation and setup. Integration with customer’s network will be the responsibility of the end user.
1.10. The HMI has programming to allow the customer to input 20 ingredient blending recipes for the truck fill process and associate numbers with the blend.
1.11. For system security the HMI programming has the ability to store 99 customer truck identification PIN’s to prevent theft.
1.12. Pressure transducer calibration shall be performed from the HMI interface located on the face of the machine. Programming parameters shall be password protected.
