PWCS seeks qualified offerors to design, develop, and deliver mobile learning units that provide hands-on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education to students across the school district. The RFP outlines requirements for mobile platforms equipped with technology infrastructure, instructional materials, and support services to enhance STEM curriculum delivery. Specific details regarding quantities of mobile units, project timelines, response deadlines, site visits, and pre-proposal conferences are contained within the solicitation document. The contract will include a defined term with potential renewal options to be determined by PWCS based on performance and funding availability.

The RFP establishes pricing structures and evaluation criteria for offeror proposals, which will be assessed on factors including technical approach, innovation, cost-effectiveness, and ability to support curriculum integration across multiple school levels. Specific set-asides, incumbent contractor information, and detailed funding sources and amounts are specified within the proposal requirements. PWCS will evaluate proposals through a competitive negotiation process to select the most qualified vendor capable of delivering comprehensive mobile STEM learning solutions that align with Virginia educational standards and district strategic objectives. All interested offerors must comply with the submission requirements, qualifications criteria, and contractual terms outlined in the complete RFP document.
