About this file

This document is a public Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by John Deere's Agriculture & Turf Division, located in Cary, North Carolina, for a state and local contract covering mowing equipment. The IFB is numbered 208-25, with an opening date of March 27, 2025, at 1:00 PM EST, and focuses on mowing attachments, boom mowers, and commercial zero-turn mowers.

The contract details specify delivery timeframes for different equipment types, with both commercial equipment (Ztraks) and agricultural equipment (rotary cutters, flail mowers) having a delivery window of 90-180 days after receipt of order. The document outlines a return goods policy that allows the purchasing department to return regular catalog stock merchandise within six months of delivery if there is a department error, though John Deere explicitly states they do not have a commercial equipment return policy outside of defective equipment.
