About this file

This document is an Attachment Price Increase Percentages form related to a state contract for the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), specifically addressing potential price adjustments for Medium and Heavy Duty Vehicles. The document is associated with Solicitation No. BPM006654 and is designed to outline the maximum percentage increases allowable during contract renewal periods.

The contract provides a structured approach to potential price increases across four renewal periods, with specific maximum increase percentages: 2% for the first renewal, 0% for the second renewal, 5% for the third renewal, and 0% for the fourth renewal. Each percentage increase is calculated against the original contract price, and ADOT emphasizes that increases are not automatically granted. Vendors must provide documentation justifying any requested price increases at the time of renewal. The document includes an example calculation demonstrating how percentage increases would be applied incrementally while maintaining the original contract price as the baseline.
