About this file

This document is an Attachment Price Increase Percentages form from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) related to a state contract for Medium and Heavy Duty Vehicles. The solicitation is identified by number BPM006654 and is available through the Arizona state procurement website.

The attachment outlines maximum percentage increases for contract renewal periods, with incremental price escalation allowances: 2% for the first renewal, 5% for the second, 8% for the third, and 10% for the fourth renewal period. Each percentage increase is calculated against the original contract price, and the State of Arizona does not automatically grant increases. Vendors must provide documentation justifying any requested price increases at the time of renewal. The document emphasizes that if no increase information is provided, prices will remain consistent with the original contract term.
