About this file

This document is a Price Increase Percentages Attachment from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for a solicitation numbered BPM006654. The attachment is designed for potential contract offerors to specify their maximum allowable price increases across multiple renewal periods.

The attachment provides a structured framework for price escalation during contract renewals, allowing offerors to propose incremental percentage increases for four potential renewal periods. In this specific document, the offeror has indicated maximum increase percentages of 5% for the first renewal, 10% for the second, 15% for the third, and 20% for the fourth renewal period. Importantly, all percentage increases are calculated against the original contract price, and the State of Arizona does not automatically grant increases. Documentation demonstrating the need for a price increase must be provided at the time of renewal. The document emphasizes that if no increase information is provided, prices will remain consistent with the original contract term.
