About this file

This document is an attachment detailing price increase percentages for a procurement contract with the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT). The document appears to be part of a solicitation (No. BPM006025) related to filled portable liquid storage tanks, and is available through the Arizona state procurement website.

The attachment outlines maximum allowable price increase percentages for four potential contract renewal periods. Specifically, the first renewal period allows for a 0% increase, while the second renewal period permits a 5% increase, and the third and fourth renewal periods allow for 10% increases. Each percentage increase is calculated against the original contract price, and the state emphasizes that increases are not automatically granted. Vendors must provide documentation justifying any requested price increase at the time of renewal. The document includes an example calculation to demonstrate how percentage increases would be applied across successive renewal periods.
