The Commissioning Agent (CxA) will be hired by FPS directly and report to FPS and the CMAR.

2. Scope of Work The primary role of the Commissioning Authority will be to review the design intent and construction documents, observe that construction is performed according to the design documents, develop and coordinate the execution of a testing plan, and document the testing results in order to to be reasonably assured the installed systems operate according to design intent and in accordance with the Contract Documents. The following sections list specific tasks for which the Commissioning Authority for this project will be responsible.
