About this file
This document is Attachment Five (5) for a procurement solicitation by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), with the solicitation number BPM005940, available online at https://appstate.az.gov/. The attachment specifically addresses price increase percentages for potential contract renewals.
The document outlines the maximum percentage increases allowed for four potential renewal periods: 15% for the first renewal, 20% for the second, 25% for the third, and 30% for the fourth renewal. Each percentage increase is calculated against the original contract price, and the State of Arizona does not automatically grant increases. If an increase is requested, the offeror must provide documentation demonstrating the need for the price adjustment at the time of renewal. The attachment provides an example calculation showing how these percentage increases would be applied to an original contract price, emphasizing that each renewal's increase is computed from the initial contract price.
