About this file
The document is an Affirmation and Disclosure Form submitted by Cubic ITS, Inc. to the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) for the OhioBuys solicitation SRC0000030192, Invitation No. 106-26. The form addresses Executive Order 2022-02D, which prohibits state agencies from purchasing services from Russian companies or institutions, and requires the contractor to affirm that no services will be performed outside the United States without a signed waiver. Cubic ITS is located at 522 Gillingham Lane in Sugar Land, Texas, and has completed this form as part of its bid process.
The solicitation is for ITB 106 ITS Controllers, Cabinets, Monitors, Detection, Accessory Equipment, Probe Data, and Software (2070, NEMA, ATC). In a accompanying letter, Cubic ITS notes that they cannot meet the originally requested 60-day delivery timeframe, with current lead times approximately 90 days for controllers and 150 days for cabinets. The company indicates that delivery dates can be confirmed for each specific item upon request. The bid appears to be for intelligent transportation system equipment and related software, with Cubic ITS providing a transparent disclosure of their potential delivery constraints as part of their bid response.
