About this file

This document is a Sample Notice of Vendor Pool Work Order Award template from the State of North Dakota, designed to formally communicate the selection of a vendor for a specific project proposal. The template provides a standard format for state agencies to notify vendors who submitted proposals after completing a competitive work order request process, with guidance for sending the notice via mail, fax, or email.

The template outlines a procedural framework for awarding work orders, including a seven-calendar-day protest period for interested parties, and emphasizes that the selected vendor must not commence work, purchase materials, or enter subcontracts until both the vendor and the state have signed the work order. While the specific details of the project, vendor, and contract are not populated in this sample document, the template provides a structured approach for transparently communicating vendor selection and project award details within the state's procurement process.
