About this file
This document is a Master Agreement between Oracle America, Inc. and a state government (specifically North Dakota), establishing a cooperative purchasing contract governed by North Dakota Century Code. The agreement is specifically designed for government entities in North Dakota, including school boards and the North Dakota Information Technology Department, with explicit provisions limiting participation to government entities within the state.
The contract covers software programs and software technical support services, explicitly excluding hardware, operating systems, and integrated software. Payment terms include invoices due within 30 days, with the state sales tax exemption number E-2001 noted. The contract is governed by North Dakota law, with a focus on confidentiality and export compliance. Notably, the agreement does not specify specific dollar amounts or explicit renewal periods, but provides a framework for software and technical support service procurement by North Dakota government entities.
