About this file
This document is Amendment 7 to a state contract between the State of Ohio, Department of Administrative Services (the State) and Sagitec Solutions, LLC (the Contractor) for the Unemployment Insurance System Transformation project. The contract was originally entered into on December 13, 2018, and this amendment specifically addresses changes to the existing contract related to refund check processing interfaces.
The amendment introduces a new section detailing the transition of refund check processing from the Ohio Treasurer of State to U.S. Bank, effective July 1, 2025. The scope of work requires Sagitec Solutions to develop three new interfaces: one outbound interface for approved refund checks and two inbound interfaces for stop payment and cleared checks. The total estimated effort is 223 hours, with a cost of $36,795 (at $165 per hour). The work includes requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation across the employer refund module, involving potential database accommodations and interface reconfigurations. If additional work becomes necessary, a further amendment would be required.
