About this file

This document is an Amendment (Amendment No. 1) to Solicitation No. 01924 issued by the State of Washington's Department of Enterprise Services (DES), specifically from the Contracts and Procurement Division. The amendment pertains to a solicitation for Personnel Investigator Services and Digital Forensics Services, with the amendment becoming effective on December 24, 2024.

The amendment introduces two key changes: first, a clarification of performance requirements regarding sample deliverables, which now allows bidders to submit two sample work products demonstrating their investigative approach and expertise, with flexibility for Non-Disclosure Agreement concerns. Second, the amendment adds a section to the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement addressing travel reimbursement, stipulating that travel expenses will only be paid at the purchasing agency's discretion and must comply with Washington State's Administrative & Accounting Manual, with contractors required to provide detailed expense itemizations and receipts for amounts over $50. The solicitation appears to be seeking professional services in investigative and digital forensic domains, with specific requirements for demonstrating professional capabilities.
