Load data table MCP tool

App-only authorized hydration and paging of a typed-search reference. Preserves search filters, selected fields, page size and ordering. Each fetch uses normal typed-search admission and usage settlement.

Examples

This app-only hydration tool is called by the data table, rather than selected by the agent. It fetches current data; it does not load a saved row snapshot.

Load the original bounded page

{
  "tool": "Load_Data_Table",
  "arguments": {"search_results_id": "<search_results_id>"}
}

Fetch another underlying search page

{
  "tool": "Load_Data_Table",
  "arguments": {"search_results_id": "<search_results_id>", "page": 2}
}

Omit page to use the original source page. An explicit page is a positive integer up to 10,000 and remains subject to the typed search's own limits. Stored filters, selected fields, source page size and ordering remain fixed. Every fetch rechecks the typed search's OAuth/data access and current workspace context, then uses normal search admission and usage settlement. Failed or unauthorized calls are errors, not empty results.

The returned rows represent one bounded search page. Sorting, searching and pagination in the table operate on those rows only. Use a new typed search for search-wide sort/filter changes. The app retains the previous loaded page if a later source fetch fails.
