The contract is administered by the North Dakota Information Technology Department (ITD) and is held with Dulles Technology Partners Inc. (DTPi), covering state agencies, higher education institutions, counties, cities, townships, governmental boards, nonprofit entities, and tribal agencies. The contract was originally awarded on March 11, 2019, and is currently extended through March 11, 2026, with potential for additional 12-month renewals. For state agencies, the contract includes a one-time $2,500 implementation charge and annual support costs of $13,200, with configuration assistance available at $125 per hour. Submit a business case to the PeopleSoft/Oracle program manager.

SCOPE OF WORK WebGrants is a comprehensive full-lifecycle grant management system for grant giving organizations. At a high-level, all grant management projects are similar; they all have the core grant management lifecycle, which is opportunity creation and announcement, application preparation and submission, application evaluation, grant award, project implementation and reporting, and finally project closeout.

WebGrants has evolved over the years with many features and functions at each stage of the process. Not only does WebGrants support the grant management lifecycle at a high-level, but also features numerous specific capabilities within each module. In additional to all the great functionality "out of the box", WebGrants is also almost completely user definable. Clients can create their own forms for almost any aspect of the system including announcements, applications, reviews, grants, status reports, claims, site visits, contacts, contracts and more.

See the "WebGrants Overview" attachment for a high-level overview of each WebGrants module.
