Moving Services (Statewide)

The New York State Service IDV PS68481 provides a comprehensive moving services contract designed to streamline relocation activities for tenant agencies across the state. The contract covers a full range of moving-related services, including planning, preparation, disassembly, assembly, and general relocation tasks. By leveraging this contract, government entities can reduce administrative overhead, minimize individual solicitation costs, and benefit from pre-negotiated time and materials rates for both complex and smaller moving projects.

Movin Solution, Inc. has been awarded the contract, which is available to all New York State agencies and political subdivisions. The IDV was initially awarded on March 3, 2019, with a ten-year performance period set to conclude on March 2, 2029. As a service-based contract specific to New York State, this indefinite delivery vehicle enables government entities to efficiently manage and execute moving services through a centralized, cost-effective procurement mechanism.
