About this contract
This indefinite delivery vehicle provides combination baseline documentation and environmental site assessment reports, as well as standalone baseline documentation reports for less-than-fee-simple land acquisitions made on behalf of the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida. Under this master agreement, qualified contractors deliver Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Baseline Documentation Reports as separate deliverables for properties throughout Florida, with services performed in compliance with Division of State Lands standards and American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) 2247 standards for forestland and rural property assessments. The scope includes environmental lien and Activity and Use Limitation searches, field surveys, hazardous materials evaluations, habitat mapping, threatened and endangered species documentation, chain-of-title reviews, aerial photography analysis, and comprehensive reporting with maps and photographic documentation. Compensation is structured as a combination of per-acre fee schedules, cost reimbursement for travel expenses, and charges for additional searches, with per-acre rates varying by property size from $17.40 per acre for smaller parcels to approximately $2.45 per acre for larger properties exceeding 5,000 acres.
