Continuing Services for Project Design

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Master Agreement CAT76 is an Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) for continuing services related to project design and transportation engineering. The contract covers a wide range of professional services, including roadway design, drainage analysis, structures engineering, environmental permitting, utility coordination, surveying, intelligent transportation systems design, and geotechnical investigations. This comprehensive master agreement allows FDOT to procure engineering and design services on an as-needed basis, with the flexibility to issue task work orders for various transportation infrastructure projects across multiple districts in Florida.

The master agreement is awarded to Propel Engineering, LLC, with a total maximum contract value of $5,000,000.00 and an initial funding of $150,000.00. The contract period runs from July 24, 2024, to July 23, 2029, covering the state of Florida. It is structured as a competitive, negotiated contract that enables FDOT to request professional services through specific work orders without a guaranteed minimum work commitment. The IDV includes provisions for multiple subconsultants and allows for detailed task assignments across various transportation project types, with individual work orders funded and authorized as needed.
