Other contractual service

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Master Agreement BDV86 is an Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) focused on professional consulting services related to storm sewer inspection and transportation systems management. The contract enables FDOT to procure specialized services including advanced traffic management systems (ATMS) integration, operations support, and maintenance of intelligent transportation systems (ITS). Specifically, the IDV covers professional consulting services for transportation systems management and operations (TSM&O), with a scope that includes technology integration, operational support, and development of implementation tools for signalization and transportation infrastructure.

The master agreement was originally awarded to ATKINSREALIS USA INC on March 26, 2013, with an initial performance period ending March 25, 2016. The contract has a maximum budgetary ceiling of $380,000.00 and covers statewide services in Florida. Additional subconsultants like Craig A. Smith & Associates have been incorporated through contract amendments, extending the vehicle's capabilities. The contract type is a Master Agreement, allowing FDOT to issue task work orders on an as-needed basis, with compensation based on approved hourly rates and a maximum limiting amount approach for professional consulting services.
