RR crossing-PE/instal

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Master Agreement AS350 is a comprehensive Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) focused on railroad crossing preliminary engineering and installation services. This master contract enables FDOT to procure specialized transportation infrastructure services, specifically related to railroad right-of-way projects, grade separation initiatives, and crossing relocations. The IDV provides a standardized mechanism for managing complex railroad infrastructure work, including preliminary engineering, project planning, and facility adjustment services across transportation project corridors.

The master contract is awarded to DRMP, INC. and is administered by the Florida Department of Transportation, with a performance period spanning from October 5, 2016, to October 5, 2026. Geographically limited to the state of Florida, this master agreement is structured as a Force Account Method contract, allowing flexible project-specific change orders and reimbursement mechanisms. While specific total contract value is not explicitly stated, individual change orders (such as the referenced $30,000 preliminary engineering authorization) demonstrate the contract's ability to support granular, task-specific transportation infrastructure investments. The contract also includes standard provisions like E-Verify compliance for employment eligibility verification.
