Fcmc, LLC

The Florida Emergency Disaster Support Personnel Master Agreement serves as a comprehensive indefinite delivery vehicle for procuring critical emergency management and disaster recovery services. The contract enables state agencies, particularly the Division of Emergency Management, to rapidly acquire professional services related to disaster response, grant management, auditing, and public assistance support. Specifically, the IDV allows for purchasing professional services that can include project approvals, grant management, subrecipient agreement processing, financial reviews, and comprehensive disaster recovery project closeouts.

The master agreement is awarded to multiple contractors, including CARR, RIGGS & INGRAM, LLC and FCMC, LLC, and is administered by the Executive Office of the Governor with the Division of Emergency Management as the primary state agency. The contract was established on September 15, 2022, with a performance period extending through September 15, 2025. As a master agreement specifically designed for Florida, the contract covers statewide emergency management needs and allows for task-based work orders with incrementally encumbered funds. While specific total contract value is not explicitly stated, the contract provides for flexible purchasing mechanisms with half-yearly funding allocations ranging from $500,000 to $1,000,000, enabling responsive and adaptable emergency support procurement.
