AOT: Media Relations and Travel Trade/Consumer Marketing Services - Taiwan

The Arizona Department of Administration has established Master Agreement CTR079292, an Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) focused on Media Relations and Travel Trade/Consumer Marketing Services for the Arizona Office of Tourism (AOT) targeting the Taiwan market. This IDV enables AOT to procure comprehensive marketing services on an as-needed basis, including media relations, travel trade engagement, and consumer marketing initiatives. The contract's scope encompasses maintaining an in-market office, developing annual marketing plans, conducting media outreach, organizing press trips, creating electronic newsletters, producing social media content, and generating monthly performance reports, with the ultimate objectives of increasing visitation, visitor spending, market share, and awareness of Arizona as a travel destination.

The master agreement is awarded to AVIAREPS Taiwan, located in Taipei City, with a contract period from November 12, 2025, to November 11, 2026. As a state-level IDV, the contract covers services exclusively for the Arizona market and is structured as a non-guaranteed minimum spending vehicle. The contract allows for flexible utilization of marketing services, with pricing structured around monthly retainer rates and as-needed service fees. While no specific total contract value was provided, the pricing sheet indicates monthly retainer rates of $1,650 for both Media Relations and Travel Trade/Consumer Marketing Services, with additional variable pricing for specialized marketing activities such as translation, strategic partnerships, and campaign development.
