Project Momentum Virtual Collaborative Team Leader

The Arizona Department of Education's Master Agreement CTR078261 is an Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) focused on providing specialized educational services and vocational training support through the Project Momentum Virtual Collaborative Team Leader initiative. The contract covers a range of educational service categories, including alternative educational systems, specialized educational services, and professional development across K-8 educational settings. Specifically, the IDV enables the procurement of professional coaching, virtual collaborative meeting leadership, and targeted support for schools receiving SSIG-Project Momentum grants, with contractors responsible for facilitating professional learning communities and supporting mathematics instruction.

The master agreement was awarded to multiple contractors, with Tracey DeBuff identified as a key awardee, and is administered by the Arizona Department of Education. The contract period spans from August 20, 2025, to August 19, 2026, with potential extensions up to five years. As a firm fixed-price, indefinite quantity agreement, the IDV covers the entire state of Arizona and focuses on UNSPSC codes related to vocational training (86100000), education services (86000000), and specialized educational services. The total contract value and specific award amounts were not explicitly detailed, but individual contractors are compensated at rates such as $10,400 per virtual team, with the procurement supporting a comprehensive approach to educational improvement and teacher support.
