On-Call Architectural Services

The Arizona Master Agreement CTR076550 is an Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) for on-call architectural and landscape architectural services, established by the Arizona Department of Administration's General Services Division. This master contract enables state agencies to procure professional design services including preliminary budget estimates, programming, site planning, schematic design, design development, contract documents, and construction administration. The IDV is designed to provide flexible architectural services for various project types such as planning studies, small building renovations, modernizations, expansions, and facility upgrades across state infrastructure.

The prime contractor for this IDV is Dick & Fritsche Design Group (DFDG Architecture), a Phoenix-based architectural firm with 55 years of experience. The contract was awarded on April 15, 2025, with a completion date of April 15, 2026, and covers the entire state of Arizona. It is structured as a master agreement that can potentially support up to 10 architectural and landscape architectural contracts, with firms selected through a qualifications-based evaluation process. While specific contract value details are not provided, the IDV includes comprehensive professional liability insurance of $3,000,000 per claim and offers hourly rates ranging from $75 for student interns to $270 for principals, providing a flexible and structured approach to procuring architectural services for state agencies.
