Janitorial Services for Central Arizona Regions Avondale, Tempe, Chandler, Glendale, Goodyear, and Mesa

The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Master Agreement CTR072756 is a comprehensive Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) for janitorial services across Central Arizona regions, specifically covering Maricopa, Gila, and Pinal counties. The contract enables procurement of extensive cleaning services for approximately 40 ADOT facilities, including daily janitorial maintenance, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning, restroom maintenance, and waste removal. Services are designed to be performed after business hours and cover multiple municipal locations in Avondale, Tempe, Chandler, Glendale, Goodyear, and Mesa, with flexible provisions for adding or deleting service locations as needed.

The IDV is jointly awarded to VILLA13 LLC and TROOPER USA LLC by the Arizona Department of Transportation, with an initial performance period from July 5, 2024, to July 4, 2025, and potential extensions up to 48 months. The contract was competitively procured under Arizona state procurement regulations, with Trooper USA LLC receiving awards for specific service groups (Groups 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, and 10). While the total contract value is not explicitly stated, the contract requires contractors to maintain comprehensive insurance, proper licensing, and comply with state and federal regulations. The IDV provides a streamlined procurement mechanism for janitorial services across central Arizona's transportation infrastructure.
