About this award
The Texas Juvenile Justice Department has awarded a Texas Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS) contract to HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, Ltd. for Maintenance Repair Operation Supplies and Related Products & Services. The contract, identified as TXMAS-24-03101, was executed on December 15, 2025, with a performance period extending from the award date to August 8, 2027. The initial line item procured under this contract is one carton of Lime-A-Way 28 Oz Lime Calcium And Rust Remover (6-Carton), priced at $45.86 per carton.
The contract is processed through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts' Statewide Procurement Division, with the specific purchaser being Kristin Cotton. The purchase order indicates a delivery after receipt (ARO) period of 30 days, with a scheduled delivery date of January 14, 2026. The contract leverages the State of Texas' tax exemption for tangible personal property secured for exclusive state use. While the cumulative contract value is listed as forty-five dollars, this appears to be limited to the initial line item purchase, and the full potential value of the TXMAS contract may be broader.
