Furniture; Office, Educational and Healthcare

Access Supply LLC was awarded a Texas Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS) contract by the Texas Health & Human Services Commission on March 3, 2025, with a performance period extending through June 20, 2026. The contract focuses on furnishing office, educational, and healthcare furniture, with a documented cumulative value of $2,264.74. The primary deliverables include transportation and freight services, as well as specific furniture items such as Forte Guest Arm Chairs certified under the Greenguard Gold environmental standard.

The contract line items detail seven Forte Guest Arm Chairs priced at $313.11 each, totaling $2,191.77, with an additional transportation and freight charge of $72.97. This Texas state-level indefinite delivery vehicle appears to be structured to provide furniture procurement capabilities for state agencies, with a specific emphasis on environmentally certified seating solutions for institutional settings. The contract's relatively modest cumulative value suggests it may be a supplemental or targeted procurement arrangement within the broader Texas state purchasing ecosystem.
