Pollock Paper Distributors, located in Grand Prairie, Texas, was awarded a purchase order by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts—Statewide Procurement Division on behalf of the Texas Juvenile Justice Department (Contract 640-A1). The contract, issued February 24, 2026, calls for the delivery of foam food service containers—specifically 180 cases of PACTIV-manufactured, 3-compartment carryout containers with attached hinged lids (150 containers per case). The total contract value is $3,398.40, with a unit price of $18.88 per case. Delivery is scheduled for March 10, 2026, to a warehouse facility in Giddings, Texas, with an acceptable receipt order window of 14 days.

This purchase order represents a single-transaction procurement under an existing term contract for food service supplies. The State of Texas has claimed a sales tax exemption under Texas Tax Code, Section 151.309(4), and is exempt from Federal Excise Taxes. The Statewide Procurement Division issued the order under NIGP Code 64060, reflecting the commodity classification for food service packaging and disposable containers.
