Chartpak Pickett Vinyl Letters And Numbers, 2In, Black

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Agency 601, awarded a term contract to ODP Business Solutions, LLC for the supply of general office supplies. The prime contractor, based in Boca Raton, Florida, will deliver Chartpak Pickett Vinyl Letters and Numbers (2-inch black characters) to support TxDOT operations. The contract was awarded on April 16, 2026, with a completion date of December 31, 2027. The initial purchase order (PO No. 26241379) specified three packages at a unit price of $13.12 per package, resulting in a total order value of $39.36.

The supplies are being delivered to TxDOT's North Region Service Center in Weatherford, Texas, with billing directed to the North Regional Service Center Accounts Payable office in Fort Worth, Texas. The term contract structure indicates this represents the initial transaction under a broader agreement that extends through the end of 2027, establishing an ongoing supply relationship for general office materials. The State of Texas has claimed exemption from federal excise taxes and state and city sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4).
