General Office Supplies

The Texas Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC) awarded a term contract to ODP Business Solutions, LLC for general office supplies, specifically Office Depot Brand Binder Clips. The contract, identified as 26156222, was executed on January 7, 2026, with a performance period extending through December 31, 2027. The initial purchase order covers 24 boxes of medium-sized black binder clips, with each 12-clip box priced at $3.68, resulting in a total transaction value of $88.32.

The contract is processed through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts' Statewide Procurement Division, with delivery logistics set for San Antonio and Kerrville, Texas. The purchase order stipulates a two-day delivery window after receipt (ARO), with a specific delivery date of January 9, 2026. The contract leverages the state's tax-exempt status, indicating this is a standard procurement action for routine office supply replenishment by a Texas state agency. The prime contractor, ODP Business Solutions, LLC, based in Boca Raton, Florida, will fulfill the order under the established term contract.
