General Office Supplies

The Texas Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC), specifically under contract number 615-C1, awarded a term contract to ODP Business Solutions, LLC for general office supplies. The contract, effective from October 7, 2025, through December 31, 2027, covers procurement of administrative materials, with the initial line item being Acco Tempered Steel/Plastic Binder Clips. The specific purchase order (PO No. 26005203) involves 15 dozen mini binder clips in black, with a unit price of $2.06, resulting in a total order value of $30.90.

The contract will be executed across Texas, with documented delivery locations in San Antonio and Harlingen. The purchase is processed through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts' Statewide Procurement Division and is tax-exempt under Texas Tax Code, Section 151.309(4). The manufacturer for the initial line item is ACCO BRANDS USA, LLC, with a rapid delivery timeline of two days after receipt (ARO). While the initial order is modest, the term contract suggests potential for additional office supply acquisitions during the contract's performance period.
