General Office Supplies

The Texas Parks & Wildlife Department has awarded a term contract (No. 615-C1) to ODP Business Solutions, LLC for general office supplies. The contract, effective from August 7, 2025, through December 31, 2027, initially encompasses a single line item for a Case Logic 17.3-inch Laptop and Tablet Case priced at $50.29. The contract's cumulative value is documented as fifty dollars, with the procurement facilitated through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts - Statewide Procurement Division's contract mechanisms.

The purchase order (PO No. 25213188) specifies delivery to the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department's address at 4200 Smith School Road in Austin, Texas. The specific line item involves one Case Logic laptop and tablet case (Model: DLC-117BLACK), with delivery scheduled for August 11, 2025, and a two-day after receipt of order (ARO) timeline. The order is tax-exempt under Texas Tax Code, Section 151.309(4), as the equipment is being secured for exclusive use by the State of Texas, reflecting a pre-negotiated pricing and procurement arrangement typical of state-level government contracts.
