General Office Supplies

The Texas Historical Commission (THC) awarded a term contract to Staples Contract & Commercial LLC for general office supplies, specifically procuring 5 Unger NiftyNabber Retrieving and Holding Tools (36.54" length) for the Kreische Brewery, Monument Hill, and Confederate Reunion Grounds located in La Grange, Texas. The contract, identified as 25193682, has a total value of $114.45, with a unit price of $22.89 per tool, and is processed through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts - Statewide Procurement Division.

The contract period of performance spans from July 23, 2025, to December 31, 2027, with a specified delivery timeframe of 3 days after receipt of order (ARO) and a specific delivery date of July 28, 2025. The state of Texas claims exemption from federal excise taxes under Texas Tax Code, Section 151.309(4), as the purchase is for the exclusive use of the State of Texas. The primary point of contact for the THC is Jasmina Kocurek, with Christie Spath listed as the agency purchaser, underlining the state-level procurement process for this office supply acquisition.
