CDW-G Canva Enterprise ROM 2026-2027

CDW Government LLC (Vendor ID V00001190) was awarded a Release Competitive Sealed Proposal contract by the Illinois Department of Information Technology, Director's Office, effective July 1, 2026, through July 31, 2026. The contract is valued at $14,309.51 and covers the procurement of software-as-a-service solutions, specifically portal software and eye tracking software applications. These services fall under microcomputer application software classifications, as designated by both the United Nations Standard Products and Services Code (UNSPSC) and the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) code systems.

The contract represents a short-term service delivery engagement with a one-month performance period. As a Release Competitive Sealed Proposal, this award likely represents a task order or release against an existing statewide or departmental software procurement agreement. The relatively modest contract value and abbreviated timeline suggest this release addresses a specific, near-term software licensing or service requirement for the Director's Office within the State of Illinois' information technology infrastructure.
