IDOC - Air Filters

ISOLT LLC was awarded a competitive sealed bidding contract by the Sheridan Correctional Center in Illinois, with a contract period from September 15, 2025, to June 30, 2026. The total contract value is $396, which appears to be for the procurement of air filtration products. The specific line items include two types of MERV 7 tri-pleat air filters: a 16" x 25" x 2" filter designated as ESLE40 or equivalent, and a 20" x 25" x 2" filter designated as ES40LE or equivalent.

The contract, identified as 24-416CMS-BOSS4-P-70419, involves the acquisition of air filtration components, likely for HVAC system maintenance at the Sheridan Correctional Center. The procurement methodology of competitive sealed bidding suggests a structured selection process was utilized to determine the most appropriate vendor for these specialized air filtration products. The contract's relatively low dollar value and specific filter specifications indicate this may be a targeted procurement for routine facility maintenance and air quality management.
